★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behavior of staff. Never support senior citizens. In case of any enquriy .they insult .. Today we want locker facility and the locker they showed is small thn the required size. They insult by saying tumahare pass itna paise hai kya . hamare pass bji nahi hai itna .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank function seen in banking sector in Indore. Last six months I am trying to visit the branch but sorry to say always found rush from the gate. I had tried to contact branch manager over phone but same is out of order,even tried to regional office phone is always busy. I will close my all accounts as soon as I get a chance to enter in the branch.

People working here don't value the customer's time.
I am trying to get some of my bank stuff done from the past month there,it's just one simple task to do but they are unable to resolve the issue. They will make you wait for 30mins to an hour or so in line just to enter the bank and once you get to go inside they will make some excuse of technical glitch and will tell you to come after a week every time.
Also if there's an issue (technical or non - tech) they could easily write it on a paper and stick it on the front door so people like us are informed about the fact that our problem cannot be solved so we don't have to waste our time anymore.
Literally the worst bank. Bunch of INCOMPETENT UNPROFESSIONAL people with PATHETIC WORK ETHIC and ZERO VALUE for the customer.
The staff and even the watchman is very very rude .This bank is not for those people who value themselves and their time.
It's was an abysmal banking experience. Changing my bank asap.
Also it's a never ending loop in case of this branch cause once you open an account you can't close it because to close it you gotta enter the bank and entering the building is hella hard. Almost next to impossible. So you are stuck with it .
IF YOU HAVE VERY LITTLE MONEY AND A LOT OF TIME TO WASTE THIS IS THE PERFECT CHOICE ?.
