Have applied request to apply current intest rate in my home loan EMI now it's been three months stil they have not done anything on my request...every time they are saying that it'll be done in next 5 to 6 days but still it's not done... Very lazy staff.. not answering the phone calls and even not revert on mails... If possible i can give them minus rating.
