★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service experience ever. We would like to give 0 (zero) rating but no option exists. No upfront clear communication. Do not recommend this hall to anyone. The hall has many restrictions and the manager didn’t inform while booking the Hall. Whenever we asked why didn’t you tell upfront then the lady called decoration person and made him responsible for not telling us. We were amazed with such behavior. How come someone make decoration person responsible for own miscommunication? We didn’t find one of the Rukhwant box and when asked to see CCTV footage, we been told that footage get automatically deleted after 5 days. Didn’t get receipt for NMC waste disposal charges. We booked hall for one day (22 hours) but charged for 2 days MNC waste disposal. They asked for extra % charges for the decoration, which we got to make last minutes from outside party as their decorator can’t make, but no official receipt was provided for recival of that charge.
