No proper notification by the branch for the services offered by the bank during this pandemic situation. Customer remain there in, fill all forms and do formalities and finally deny for the customer service. On over that the behaviour of the cashier as well as the senior official is very rude. Appropriate action must be taken against Such official ( cashier).
