★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I deposited cash in money deposite machine on last Monday dated 30/11/2020 timing round about 4.30 PM, I. received slip that shows contact bank n money is already in the machine n ask to see bank authority, Over the person n filled form abuout my is not deposited to my ACOUNT, Ivicites again after two days on3rd December by 12noon,till my money to my ACOUNT by5.25PM Thursday, hopeless service by the Bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why i can't get the Debit card.Only for 2 days my account balance was 50 rupees by a emergency. The officer said that i get Debit card after 6 months. I have transection of lakhs. I am eating this branch 1 star because i am got a big loss without debit card. Please reply if i can get the Debit card in this month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today to close my ppf account because I was told to come after 1st week of April 2022. When we went , the person who do the work was absent . That is also ok , but , There must be someone who can do same work there and customer don’t feel bad . In my case we were sharply told “ No , Ppf account closure is work of falaaana flanaaa employee , he will come on Monday so come Monday “ . There must be someone present in bank who know same work, “Must be”!!!

Axis bank people provide same service at my door step with just one phone call (even though my balance in axis bank is far less than what is in your bank of India ) .Learn something
From axis and other banks !
