★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't follow RBI norms and BCSBI codes "Code of Bank's Commitments to Personal Customers/MSMEs", their own Fair practice code and their own MSME Policy.
If you have any complaint then don't waste your time and energy.
After one month of written complaint to branch, immediately COMPLAIN TO BANKING OMBUDSMAN, RBI BHOPAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience ..the staff behave very rude to local peoples.Usually the people come here are from village so, they don't know most of the things. Staff behave rude to them. There is no drinking water facility available here. Most of the time passbook entry machine, Cash deposit machine do not work.There is no security guard in the night time. Staff is not cooperative for giving other facilities like ATM to minor, cheque book etc.
