★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank ever...even after two visits the money has not been transferred from my RD account to my savings accoubt. The phone calls are unanswered and during meeting i get only assurances that it will be done today! Moreover, despite of being the main branch in thane the Atm is always out of order!! Wouldn't even give a single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth for one star too. Worst bank ever. Staff is literally "Kamchor". Mental harrassment done here freely. Customer are slaves here. Staff is weak to handle pressure. Staff is too old that they are less efficient to do work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much crowded especially start of month due to pension. For any purpose be prepared to spare atleast couple hours at the branch Bank ATM keeps running out of cash most of the time minimum banking jobs safest bet at this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like other government employees, 2 star due to parking,they have ample space of parking available in their building compound but, no parking for customers also.
The funny thing is that the whole compound belongs to this bank but still you have to park outside and get you work done which takes a long time afterall they are government employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank. Customer service is very poor. The younger staff are not trained well to give the proper info. Very congested, no seating arrangements when talking to the officers. The same layout since the last 40 years is maintained behind the counters.
Not a customer friendly bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the one of the worst experience I have get till now. The bank people don't even receive the calls, Very very very Slow Process, Especially for Home Loan Section. They take more then 50 Days for only Sanctioning the loan Process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to bank with, service is pathetic, employees give wrong information and misguide customers. I wonder how are they surviving, in few years this bank will also get merged with some other bank. Best experience you will get when you go to update your passbook , when you enter passbook in machine it will not accept then you go on counter , you will have lame response then after wasting time they will update it. You can have all sorts of worst experiences here try visiting once.
