★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Handed over a RTGS form duly signed along with a BOI Cheque from my account. Lady said that all was in order and I could leave. I said that I would rather stay till the RTGS is done but she said that since the cashier was eating lunch it would take 45 mins more. She assured me that it will be done by 3:45 pm and asked me to leave. She now calls me at 3:45 pm saying that it can’t be done and since she was new to the branch she was not aware about some KYC process to be checked and followed. Result is that the RTGS is not done and some other Cheques issued in anticipation of this transfer will bounce. Who will pay the penalty for the bounce and also the lost interest? Don’t deal with BOI anyone. Nothing has changed in this Govt owned bank. Well done BOI. You deserve to be called the worst bank in India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are not satisfied from the service of State Bank of India, WB, North 24th PGS, Khardha Branch, Pin-700117. Services are very poor. they are not answered completely, only fw to another table. I faced it so many times. Recently My sister is facing same issue, she applied for ATM card, Card didn't delivered to home address, not even received any call from deliver person, then she went to Khardha branch, they told it return to Bombay head office, But customer won't get no to contact with the head office. we are very helpless from this Bank, which is State Bank of India, Khardha Branch.
