★ ★ ★ ★ ★ मी गेल्या ५-६ वर्षापासून बँक ऑफ़ महाराष्ट्र, पंचवटी शाखेचा ग्राहक आहे. सुरूवातीला अतिशय उत्तम सुविधा हे पुरवत होते. मात्र गेल्या १ वर्षापासून येथील तक्रार काउंटर वर हिंदी भाषिक तरुणी बसलेल्या असतात. ज्यांना एकतर आपली तक्रार समझत नाही. किंवा ती जाणून घेण्यासाठी ते प्रचंड हलगरजीपणा दाखवतात. साधी बँक स्टेटमेंट साठी सुद्धा ते तात्काळ सहकार्य करत नाही. "सर, आप अपना ईमेल-Id लिख कर दीजिए ,हम आपको ईमेल करेंगे." २ वेळेस रीतसर अर्ज करून पण आज वर ईमेल id देऊनही हयांनी कधीच स्टेटमेंट पाठवलेले नाहीत.? आणि मोबाइल-बैंकिंग साठी हयांना joint अकाउंट पण चालत नाही.
 I have been a customer of Bank of Maharashtra, Panchavati branch for last 5-6 years. Initially it was a very good facility. But for the last one year, Hindi speaking young women have been sitting at the complaint counter here. Who either do not understand your complaint. Or they may be reluctant to do so. Even for a simple bank statement it does not cooperate immediately. "Sir, enter your email-id, we will email you." They have never sent a statement even after applying twice but giving an email id today. And for mobile-banking, they don't even have a joint account.
