Out of which 45min go for lunch break and shutter will be closed by 2.45PM. So, literally functional for 4 Hrs. You read correctly, for just 4 hrs (I wish if I can get a job in this branch). Due to this less working hours, there will always b a long Que at the cash counter bundled with slow servers, resulting, you need to wait at least 30-45min for any cash transaction. When other banks are functional till 5PM, BOM still in 2019 Covid era. From my monthly experience from past several months. Great job BOM.
