★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iam senior citizen and customer of this brach.Today I made 3 calls from mobile phone and two calls from landline phone about 11:15 but no call was received by any staff of the branch.I have experienced many a time. I went to branch and asked about nonpicking up of calls however no satisfactory reason was given by lady officer at wind 3.This attitude is not good.The manager was not at his chair.Please take necessary action in the matter..
