It caters to the various needs and requirements of the patients of eye(ophthalmology) and dental(maxillofacial) discipline.
About:
Dr Banka is one of the finest specialists of Bihar perhaps the renowned few who has got a tremendous experience of conducting more than 10,000 surgeries in the same field
Modest by nature, patient by his behaviour and tremendous with his personality he is famous amongst the patients for giving proper time and consideration followed by flawless medical care.
He specialises in almost all the Specialities such as Cornea, lens, cataract, laser, etc
The post operative care is laid special emphasis owing to the competent and cooperative staff members of the clinic.
The clinic has adjoining testing centres(refractive error, etc) loaded with all the modern equipments.
The hygiene and cleanliness is as per recommended safety standards
This review is being posted by me in interim capacity and because he operated my garndma(MICS) and she is doing absolutely fine

My dad got his cataract operated here, he keep asking the same thing for so many time, but doctor never loose his patience, he kept on explaning till my dad got satisfied. operation was successful and my dad's eye is perfectly working

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my braces done from here, and as someone who has gotten her braces done many times and never got the results, i am extremely satisfied and happy. The doctor is very skilled and patient. i recommend anyone who wants to get any ortho treatment done get it done from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor gave me wrong measurement of eye pressure. And, believed on test done by some other doctor. Additionally, i was flabbergasted by rude behaviour of Dr Sudhanshu. When i told staff to re-measure my eye pressure, doctor replied in a rude manner, like if he is some typical punk. Earlier, I believed that coaching institutions in Patna have made education a trading business. Now, i believe few doctors have done the same to critical healthcare services. I kept running to different doctors here and there, unless I met a right doctor in the end. Over and above; when I called a staff after few days; staff was reluctant to accept the mistake. Then, I thought of this medium to provide right feedback. Only feedback help us improve, but few healthcare staffs do not understand even such basic thing. I have seen the response of the doctor on few Justdial reviews. On almost all of the negative reviews, they have tried to argue instead of accepting the mistake. Really!! Grow up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor wasn't careful while checking eyes. Applied more pressure so had pain in the eyes for 2 weeks . Rest of the things were fine. The eye check up and initial process is smooth and standardized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this hospital for an eye checkup last month.
It is very time consuming as initially the nurse put few eye drops and asked me to close eyes for 45 minutes, the doctors tested for cause of pain in my right eye and gave medication and suggested increased power for the right eye.
Medications provided by them was costly but after using it for nearly a month I can feel improvement in my eyes.
So overall good.
I don't know about the dental section.
But eye section is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time norms not followed by doctor. Staff also not told correctly doctor when come. 10.30 or 11.00. Just like government hospital. Abhi nahin aaye hai. However, time mentioned 9.30 am. Very bad experience in respect of time norms
