When Bansal Diagnostic was new the service was good.But now the service level is poor.
This time not got urine culture report on time.
The BANSAL management should read the important reviews of the customers and try to increase their service level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst testing laboratory i have ever seen in my life , every staff member in that laboratory are illiterate, I think they dosent even ever gone to any school in their life . They have No experience in testing a patient , I doubt their test reports are genuine or not . even house keepers are talking rudely ,their behavior is too bad. Do not ever go to this laboratory. The main thing in laboratories they must be polite to every patient and the family members. But they dont know how to respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with the gynocologist. She wasted my money and time. Finally i had to switch the dr. Secondly the hygiene and the management is extremely poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bansal diagnostic center is the most unprofessional I've ever encountered, they've no idea what they're doing. I went to get covidshield vaccine, they billed me for the same, made me wait for 2 hours then they said they have registered me for COVAXIN by 'mistake' and asked me to register again using different phone number. Save yourself harassment and visit somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most incompetent centre. They come in for a test with half of the information of documents required and make you run for documents up and down on the very same day just because they are incapable of xeroxing a pdf. Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place does deserve only negative stars.
Staff behaviour is extremely pathetic and heartless ! I visited here with my one monrth daughter on recommedation of her doctor. They did not give prior appointments. On visit they asked me to sit with my little daughter for hours. There is no priority for a one month baby girl. Sitting arrangements are pathetic. They do not understand that such little baby requires hygenic enviroment. Even the doctor inside the sonography room was ruthless. Even on my spcific request to consider my baby first he behaved indifferently.
I hope I never have to visit this place again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wonder this place has so many 1star reviews. It deserves nothing more than that. Staff behaviour is extremely worst! If you come here that'd be one of the recurring things you'd from the patient parties. The only good thing about this place is probably the few doctors who sit here. (Although I've interacted with only one of them and that too on recommendation of another doctor.)
The staffs aren't at all willing to hear anything from the patient's side. If you try to say anything to them, they'd just walk away in front of your face.
I really hope they improve their service!
