I was on a road trip from kolkata to khajuraho and then my ecosoport broke down in khajuraho, it had a bent tie rod. I got it towed to bansal ford and they got it repaired within 50 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone through one of your showroom at chhatarpur. There I got very warm welcome even one of your man abused me after demanding for a quotation. Actually not only me afterall Bansal Ford & it's owner too. Wowww so great then after I tried to make it's complain but unfortunately none of positive result took place. Finally I quit to have Ford car there are so many options available in the market. Nobody would like to be ashamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad service I bought a car from there they ask me to buy the insurance and the during the time of claims they say this part is not under insurance
I was about to buy a new car i.e ford endeavour but after such services I just changed my mind
And if I send my car for repair they make other things that was nice and working need for repair
It's just horrible when they take 7 -8 days for repair small things.
I will never ever buy a car from Bansal ford...

Bansal ford always takes good care of its customer from sales to service in your vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is good, Amenities are good, but service provider is not efficient to provide good services to the customers. Staff is cooperative but when your patience limit had been cross. For general service (like washing, engine oil change, nut bolt tighten, and air filter checkup) they need approximately 7hrs time.
I was go for general service of my car and found above mention things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have any mechanic.. They have only accountants who make ur bills without any work.. Literally , never go to bansal for servicing of ur car.. Poor conditions..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review based on my experience the service what I have received form Bansal Ford. Staff are very friendly and supportive my special thanks to Mr. Shailesh he is very honest, responsive and the most thing I like he always keep smiling but few things I would like to point out to Bansal Ford :-
1. All the time I heard that so and so parts are not available so my advise is please keep sufficient stock of the spare parts
2. I felt Bansal Ford is running with very less staff and workers
3. Bansal ford must have accept the card / credit card payment without asking any extra charges from the customer as other Ford service centers do. This is really disappointed me a lot !!!! :(
Over all technicians are good, knowledgeable they are able to find faulty part in time.
