All receptionists are ill mannered and always busy on whatsapp. Basement receptionist behaves like that a government clerk. Some old staff like jyoti, radha, lexi are surely exceptions.
Lab incharge, u can always note, is always busy on phone. Blood samples being drawn by teenagers surely with no degree.
Ultrasonology clerks do not have any knowledge about the terms and writes anything always being scolded by Dr. Disha. Disha is a good sonologist
This is the face of the hospital. Some doctors are good including gynaecologist but the staff behavior ur and facilities is surely a hindrance.
Go only if you can ignore the above mentioned points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister was suffering from PCOD for many years. I had shown her to many doctors but still there was no relief. After all the frustration, we finally decided to visit Dr. Aayushi Bansal (Gynaecologist). She is a very calm, composed and knowledgeable person. She listened to each and every complaint of ours patiently and explained us the treatment steps in details for the next 6-9 months. We could already see the results in 3-4 months. My sister is extremely happy right now. Thank you so much ma'am. Highly recommended ?

Sometimes they offer food from their personal kitchen even when needed...one call away advice always...
Feels proud to call them my family Doctor...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At this hospital - Physiotherapy doctor is a great doctor! She’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. She uses advanced and properly sanitized machines to treat patients! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for physiotherapy treatment but the treatment area in the hospital is not fixed. They change the treatment rooms frequently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Ultrasound care department experience! The time for Ultrasound starts from 10 am regardless of the fact that it is a hospital and they have already IPD patients lined up for Ultrasound. Why take the fresh billings then for OPD!? My father is 78 and he has low Bp and a fever of 102. Despite of the fact that he came in OPD at 9 Am for fasting tests and Ultrasound, the department made him sit and wait for 2 hours and the wait is still going on. The staff named ‘Babee’ is the rudest ever! Full of attitude and talks in the rudest manner! Is this what we are paying for? My father is already on a fasting of 15 hours! Who will take the responsibility if his BP gets low and he faces major issues????Still to wait! A hospital must cater atleast early hours of Ultrasound department to deal with IPD and OPD or have a 24 hour service being a full fledged hospital!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bansal hospital is worst hospital ever seen in my lifetime. I lost my beloved wife only due to the ignorance of hospital staff & Dr.Ankur.She was admitted in hospital on 02nd Jan after test she found dengue positive. I personally chat with doctor he suggest me,we have everything in hospital for dengue treatment.In evening they Shifted her in ICU & after that in morning doctor refer to big hospital for higher treatment.
Bansal hospital is making money only. Please don't go there.Its a humble request to all.
