At the time of purchase they would tell you that yes their products are suitable for the purpose of your purchase but in case the material turns out to be not usable they completely deny helping you. They are unbelievably rude and incompetent. First they would argue with you rudely and then would start completely ignoring what a customer has to say. Worst servicing I have seen in my life. Try and find other shops if you think you might need post-purchase assistance.
