★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had got customised vanity made from them, which was around 25k per vanity including mirror… Once the order was placed and advance given, they said they did not have mirror which was initially finalised and increased the cost of different mirror.
Further hardware was decided to be used as Hettich soft close, which again they changed as per their wish stating that Hettich is not available… The soft close stopped working within couple of days of use and they assured that this will be amended, but obviously since they had received full payment, they never bothered.
Beware before placing any customised order as they will use cheap hardware and will not bother to rectify it.
