★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNTRAINED and ILL MANNERED STAFF
The staff here have no basic manners. Based on several reviews and videos I went to explore the place. After obtaining the bill, the staff is least bothered. When I told the cashier, that ill mannered fellow is giving me lessons on patience. With such staff, the brand will fall down very soon. Hope the owners take corrective remedial measures and stop this misbehaving attitude of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place, well placed items, gift packages are also available here. Sweets are very awesome and tasty. They are made up of ghee as you can actually feel the taste. It is located on the main road. They accept online payments. The place is very clean, properly vantilated. Not that crowded and some may find it quite expensive. But it is very very tasty. Varieties are available here. They are very good. Do try its balushahi it is super awesome.

So hygienic staff & inside area. Well sanitized shop. You can take pure desi ghee products at this sweets shop. It's very famous store in this Lok Vihar locality area.
