★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is huge. Has a big stock and I bought my Dominar 400 from here ?. All the locl mechanics I went to in Gandhinagar were useless so I prefer serving my bike at this showroom. Engineers are experienced and have perfect knowledge. I own a 8yrs old Pulsar 220 too which I recently rebuilt the engine here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before buying any bikes from this plant just go through the following :
1.When buying, the staff members will be respectful and too friendly with you.
2.At the time of service they'll take everything casually, so it's better to get your bike serviced at a local shop! They'll provide you way better services than Bansari Bajaj for sure!
3.When you have some issues at the time of receiving your Bike after service, they will just manipulate the cause and won't do anything!
4.Sharing one of my Instances, I received a call that your bike is ready after servicing and guess what when I got there the bike wasn't cleaned yet, thus I had to meet their main mechanic who then asked his fellow worker to clean it up.
5. If you're comfortable with horrible management and customer services you can buy products from this plant at your own risk!
6. There's no such thing as customer satisfaction here! No matter what everything will be treated casually here.

Had really bad experience at their service centre, i had mainly gone there for my bike's battery issue and rest there were minor issues like the tail light is always on and few others. They promised me that they'll deliver my bike by 5 p.m and i reached there by 5.15 p.m i saw them working on my bike and asked the manager how much time it will take, he told me it'll take around 10 minutes, then i asked the person who was working on my bike he told me it will take another 30 min at least as they have just started working on the bike few minutes ago, then after sometime the manager comes to me and says the battery is not available and we are sorry for it.
I won't suggest anyone to take your bike for servicing to this service centre!

I go every second or third day to collect parts for my pulsar 200 ns.

Genuine Parts Store manager, Bhavesh bhai, assistant yasin are very supportive and customer friendly beings. Even all of the workers and mechanics are very friendly.
I bought lots of parts and get the service done many time?.
