They will not tell you about the charges for the work upfront and ask for a visitation. Once they visit if you are not happy with their fee they will mention about a site visit charge.
I had to waste an entire hour trying to make them understand that they have to mention that there is a visit charge upfront.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an emergency in plumbing work as one of our valve pipe broke and unfortunately it was after working hours, I tried calling couple of services but nobody was ready to turn up. I should say he came in 10 mins of me calling him and I am very happy with the service he provided us and on spot he rectified the problem . please go a head book his service no doubt in it. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the lockdown, I googled and found the number of Sekar and called him to fix some of the leaking taps. He was very punctual and arrived at the promised time. He got the entire work done within the promised dates.
While he was fixing the taps, I also asked him if he knew some waterproofing experts to fix our leaking roof. He had the right people brought in and the leakage was fixed. The payments were all milestone based and none of the workers were wasting time sitting around idle.
The best part was after the work was done and I had made the final payment, there still was one small work pending. Which he followed up with us for two weeks (as due to some unforeseen circumstances were not at home) so we can provide a time slot for him to finish it!
He is a dedicated and hard working professional having the right set of people working for him.
He has now become my go to guy for all the repairs of the house. My aged parents were happy with the quality of the work as well as the professionalism!
Go ahead and book him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very responsive. I called Sekar and he responded with a clear time as to when he would visit the location. Before visiting the location, he called me 30 minutes before and confirmed his arrival. He came and checked the geyser, pipe leakages and provided an estimate. After negotiating and arriving at the chargses, sekar took charge, got all the equipments and got labours and completed all the repairs and also helped with the inspection. Later, when i had a problem, I called him on the same day. He promptly came and fixed the issue. I would recommend him.
