Reason No 1- One of my friend went to hospital alone after got sick with high temperature. He went straight to emergency department with half conscious mind. Nobody taken care of him and when the time, I reached the scene one lady started arguing with my sick Friend.
Reason No 2 - Pharmacist in this facility aren't customer/patient Friendly and they have stone face towards with them (Funny they are getting paid from those same patients hard earned money)
Reason No 3 - Laboratory / Pathology Department
Pathology department front desk need a special mention on this list since he was the most unprofessional and rude personality I met in this hospital. It was informed I will get the medical report after collecting blood and Urine samples by 7.30 evening (16th Oct 2021) When the time I reached to the department, the guy who were there on the desk was busy with his phone and said, I have to wait an another 15 minutes or between 8 pm. I waited till 8 and again approached the desk and he made a call to somewhere and said I have to wait an another 15 minutes. All these times he was playing with his phone and didn't seems he is interested on his Job.
Anyhow I had to wait till 8.30 pm for getting report with rude /unprofessional / stone faced gesture from him.
I don't know what others saying about this hospital on the unprofessional and apathetic approaches. Guess No other good hospitals around Adjan and People are relying comparatively good looking tidy hospital they have.
My Verdict - Hospital need an immediately restructuring with its employees delegation's. Authority should be taken strict actions against the people who behaves impolitely to its customers / patients.
The HR manager (if anyone like exists ) should be aware of the behavioural approach towards the patients and the visitors by staff and should have given the orientation programs to improve the quality of services.

Staff response clear and good.
But parking facility not available for Patients and family only available for staff members for this only 1*

No one is responsible for support to pashent,
We didn't recommend my near and dear to adimt in this hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I have ever seen such type of hospital run by a religious charitable trust in terms of size, architecture, cleanliness, hygiene, spacious, safety, quick response to emergency patients, all type of in-house service like laboratory, sonography, Citi scan , MRI, MICU, ICU, etc...... patient is given food as per the doctor advise by in-house canteen.very well maintained canteen & good quality food for paient’s relative at very reasonable rate. The more important is all this facilities are at very nominal rate . I strongly recommend for this hospital for any of your medical requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital service is so good with well trained staff members, experienced doctors but Pharmacy department is so worst. My personal experience is not so good for pharmacy here. The Pharmacy staff don't attend properly, they are not attentive with patients relatives for medicine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital provides everything the paitent requires and doctors are also amazing ?. My experience with Dr. Dhaval Patel was amazing he treated my problems and made me healthy again. There are few issues though first of all the discharge processing is very slow and also the pathology reports are not available on time. Crowding is also an issue. But overall the experience was good.

Hospital having almost all facility and modern equipments.
Neat and clean premise.
Overall I am having good experience. Staff is good and patient friendly. Reception is also well managed.
