★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A holy place , large temple of swami Narayan situated on kalavad road. Spacious lot of people visited this place for spiritual gain. Well maintained, neet and clean, well managed. Having just beside a food court in the name of Premvati where breakfast, dinner available at very reasonable price. The foods items are very tasty even without onion and garlic.

they also have lots of rooms facility for guest here and also Bhojanaly (Dining Hall) but they don't use onion and garlic in meal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir is a Hindu temple and one built for the Swaminarayan Sampraday sect. Stylistically, it’s very similar to other Swaminarayan temples especially the Akshardham Temple in New Delhi.
The temple is built using various types of pink stone giving it a lovely hue in fading daylight. Overall, the temple had an appearance of a chariot. From far off, the temple complex has the appearance of five towers, but only three of those belong to the main temple, with two belong to subsidiary temples, flanking the main temple. The main tower looks amazingly with it’s many columns carved with kings, fauna, dancers, musicians, and deities forming an intricate symmetry. The temple also has several shrines to Hindu deities, one of which is to Swaminarayan.
The temple also has another sanctum sanctorum underneath the main temple, which is colourful and seems to be dedicated solely to Swaminarayan, with a golden statue of Swaminarayan in the centre as well as historiographies of leaders of Swaminarayan Sampraday, although all of the description is in Hindi.
Overall, a beautiful temple to see.
