β β β β β Although this hospital is empanelled for CGHS, hospital is not following their terms and conditions. My entitlement is for private room but the hospital staff informed me over phone that I have to share room with other patient. I have to pay for food also. I came to know that hospital is providing best physiotherapy and nature cure treatment.

β β β β β DONT GO THERE. VERY BAD .Really bad services. Won't recommend at all. Last month i visited Bapu nature cure, but treatment bilkul khrab tha, like "ZERO". Therapist ne sahi se kaam hi nhi kiya, because they said "Bapu Neture cure ne last 3 month se unko salary nhi di". That is a type of harassment due to which normal patient suffer.

β β β β β Worst feedback....After lifetime membership never got an early morning appointment which was always available earlier.
With difficulty got an early morning appointment and on reaching got to know that therapist not available for required treatment therapy....No apology also.
After a query and told to get a call back....No one cares to call back....Have followed for about 4 days for a call back....Receptionist are very careless.

β β β β β WORST TREATMENT AND EXPERIENCE.WON' RECOMMEND AT ALL. One week before i went here and i waited for more than 3 hours for therapy. I was shocked to know that they are not getting salary and that's why they are not coming for our treatment. Humse pure paise lete hai aur hmme hi sahi treatment nhi milta. I will complain about this to CGHS and will also tweet to Mr. Arvind Kejriwal.

β β β β β Last year I was in this hospital for 15 days. I felt satisfied with the services of staff also. But i am really shocked when with prior intimation myself and my friend went for indoor treatment on 24.10.2017 and not treated well and left without treatment on 25.10.2017, wastage of money and precious time . I wrote about this in the register available with the Supervisor. I request the attention of management for consideration of patient's comfort.also.Treatment here is really excellent. Hope management personally sort out the matter,

β β β β β Been a part of it since 6yrs....As got major relief after getting proper course covered....Opted for life membership for whole family which included major benefits.Suprisingly since the day of membership till date..Have never got a morning appointment ..No benefits availed....Then corona....Recently visited and same story.Was told things have changed regarding membership.No updates or information passed on to us.Very disappointing.

β β β β β Yesterday I visited one of my friend in mayur vihar. We happened to cross a narrow road inside a colony. I just the board of Bapu nature cure hospital. There are two buildings opposite to each other across the road.
Centre was closed at the time of our visit. So I clicked pictures from outside the gate. If anybody wants to do course in ayurveda Therapist, he can check the pic , where all the details are there.
As per them they have tie up with some insurance companies and government empanelled.
