A man is there looking for new comers nd forcefully book a ticket for you with xtra 10-20 Rs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phulbani is a small town so as the bus stop. If you want to travel to Bhubaneswar, then rather than depending on offline ticket booking, download odbus application or you can prefer ORCTC bus, whose service is really good.
And for other cities also you will find buses from here like berhampur, Cuttack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well organised.there is camp for night halting in bus stand. Camps should be maintained properly though not really.It is quite close the main town.Availability of autos is there everytime.

Buses to Bhubaneswar, Berhampur, Sambalpur available.
Not so hygienic.
The ticket broker are changing extra 30rs and their behaviour is very bad.Even though front window seats are available,they will refuse for it by showing non availability of front window seats.
Then you go to another counter for ticket in other bus ,then they will call you back and will provide good seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very big bus stand. Ticket vendors sell their tickets here. There aren't enough shops selling fast food here. Hotels are of average quality. In winter nights here is the availability of night shelters. Bus stand is always occupied with people. Toilet facilities available. Here is one Aahar kendra in this bus stand which is open except on Sundays. Bus stand is not clean. Cowdungs even on the rest room floor.
