About us
Our journey from the bean to the cup started in year 2000. Café culture had not set its footprint and coffee was still considered a luxury. Our quest to provide a truly international experience and brew a truly Italian cuppa, led us to create the brand Barista. Spearheading the Indian café culture, Barista was an opportunity to discover both the coffee and the craft.
No one has mastered coffee better than the Italians. Tipping our hats their way, Barista brings new meaning to Italian coffee and eats in the Indian sub-continent.
Today, we continue to brew coffee the way world does and in our journey we have created coffee relationships with our customers across India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, Nepal and Myanmar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barista coffee is great place to sit down and relax and have some coffee time. The coffees are amazing with a wide variety of range. The pricing is a little higher then Cafe coffee day but it's worth every penny. One can sit and enjoy the coffee as well as work or spend merry time with their friends or family. The coffee aroma that comes when you pass by the outlet is enchanting and hardly will you escape from the aroma and not go inside to have a coffee. Staff is courteous and prompt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find it as ok ok and I have tried two ice teas here with my friend. But my friend didnt like his lemon flavoured ice tea but when I had words regarding this with one of their associate Sapna she offered a complementary Lemon ice tea to my friend and he found it much better and finally he enjoyed it and I personally appreciate Sapna for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a quick snack today as we were in hurry and ordered 1 smoked chicken sandwich and a bhuna chicken sub along with 1 hot coffee and a cold coffee the beverage was okay...but both the sandwiches were awful..very sad to see this kind of food being served in a reputed coffee shop. Disappointed gave them a feedback as well not sure if it will improve. I think a roadside sandwich would have been a better option than rhe food served and by the way its wasn't cheap either. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They stopped us from having outside food as thats their rule. Which is fine. But the staff namely Pavan Solanki who is also the manager was not wearing mask and teaching us rules. Its highly unlawful and unacceptable for staff not wearing mask. I hope the higher management take this into account. Never coming back again to any Barista as i dont want to compromise my health.

Ordered a regular latte with extra whipped cream and extra chocolate sauce... paid for it and the extra add ons... and yet got less than half a cup of coffee.. no milk... disgusting taste.. not hot at all and no whipped cream... no chocolate sauce... when I told the server he said that this is how it is made and whipped cream got dissolved... within seconds apparently... this is ridiculous... I am a regular barista customer and as if I won't know the difference between a small, regular and large.... absolutely horrid place. Don't ever waste your money on these people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Batista GIP was really a good place to stay and have a nice Coffee and work for sometime in a peaceful environment. But,Staff these days are really rude and courtesy less . Especially Staff named Kisan {as he gave me his name} has been very rude and unkind . He talked so rudely that I had to leave without any order .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very shabby store. The paint is peeling on the walls and the place looks rundown. Coffee and veg puff were fine, both in terms of flavour and service time. In any case, with several other coffee shops having shut down in this mall, Barista remains the one place still open.
