★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This seller is the weirdest person I ever Spoke to. The first time I called up, one person named Mr Sharukh picked up my call. He asked me type of battery and everything and quotes the price to be Rs 16000/- for RC25000 (Red Charge 200AH). I told him that Lumminous website is showing Rs 14499/- for the same battery. Then he finally told "Sir aapke liye 15350/- lag jayega" as I never Spoke to him before I was a little sceptical of the originality of the Dealer. I told him what will be the payment mode and he told "Sir cash de doge tou mere liye better hai". I did not understand this because in this CORONA phase people are running away from cash to digital payment and he was demanding it in cash. I asked him the bank details and told about my difficulty to take out cash from ATM. Finally I had to say that ok I will take out cash and then inform you. Later I confirmed from another Dealer and uprightly I got the cost to be 14500/-. Courteously and not more than an hour, I called him up to inform that now I got the battery at 14500/- and it's no longer required. This guy continued to persuade me with weirdest of the arguments to the point that "Sir aaps ko mai same rate me de deta hu" upon my denial then too he said "aapne haa bola to he maine order kar de luminous me, aur abb tou aa gayi dukan me ab aap kaise mukar sakte ho". This guy kept arguing to the point of saying "Aap ghatiya aadami ho". Upon listening to such bad and weird words I was really angry however rather than arguing with him I disconnected the call. This din't end here, during the conversation I mentioned the Dealers name who now was giving me the batteries. This Sharukh guy gives me a call from another number and says "Sir mai Dev power systems se bol raha hu aapne batteries order ki hai" I realised his voice and asked "Kaha se" upon which he says "Mai Sharukh bol raha hu aur Dev power systems par tou batteries hai hee nahi".
SERIOUSLY PSYCHO TYPE APPROACH
I was shocked.
Please refrain from this seller, this is not only a thug store even impersonation can be expected and God knows what all they do behind curtains.
Stay safe and be alert.
