They don't treat customers as customers they treat them as their slaves. If a customer need some money in emergency and he prefers to go this bank and get it which is earlier deposited by him in his account I assure he won't get.. I didn't have seen such type of worst customer service in any bank. They don't know how to talk to a customer they shout at them several times.and one more thing I guarantee that a single farmer cannot get a kisan credit card without the help of a broker.. This bank gives u the worst experience in the world. So, I suggest u not to open an account in this bank... Rather than this bank u can prefer bank of baroda in kotwa SBI in lahi border orr uco bank in halor... But don't get ur self ruined by this bank...
