★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not spacious. Behaviour of the landlord is very bad. They always gives pressure to do any ceremony according to their plan. Very bad experience rather worst experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hall for family occasion like marriage or rice ceremony or birthday party... My reception and also my baby's rice ceremony were held in the basanti bhavan... The parking slot is big ??... And it is build beside main road(satgachi) side which is very helpful for communication.. A big ? for basanti bhaban..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location wise position is good. Good for 100 people. There is two different hall I think. I had experience of 2nd hall coming from main entrance. Main draw back was lack of exhaust system , which made us to stay in smoky environment ( in non ac condition)due to "yaggya or havan" in hindu marriage rituals.dining space was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only pro it has is the parking space, else everything are cons. Bad behavior of the owner and they pressurize to do the function in their own way. AC doesn't work properly.
No proper maintenance. The place gives a bad odour. Overall experience very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my wedding reception here. The total cost need for booking the first floor was 44k.
The floor was big and spacious, they provided fairy lights as complementary to decorate the full house. And they had also provided a huge set of sofas for guests and a single chair for bride which comes into this complementary list. You don't have to invest for these things to decorators.The floor has two rooms with bed, two balconies and one washroom. The owners are also very nice and humble.
