β β β β β One of the best sweetshop in town! A bit costly but they don't compromise in quality. I've tasted almost each and every sweet they sell here. During summers, they also sell Aam Doi, which is fabulous.

β β β β β One of the best shop in Dum Dum area. Never once disappointed in last 10 years. Although varieties of quality bengali sweets available; Rabri, Sorbhaja, Rosogolla, Milkcake are unique and worth mentioning.

β β β β β Basanti Sweets is well known shop in Nager Bazar, Dumdum, Kolkata. They sell traditional Bengali sweets .The quality of sweets is excellent. They accept orders for parties as well wedding etc. Excellent quality and value for money. Only their sale staff are not too efficient and some are not polite.

β β β β β The best of the best. Amazing sweet shop, they sell very high quality sweets thus the taste of all the sweets are amazing. You can't decide which one to buy, since they sell high quality sweets their pricing is on the high side as compared to others but that's justified. Their Misti Doi is must try, so the Sor Bhaja, so the Mouchak, all fantastic.

β β β β β Quality of the sweets are best in the Nagerbazar area. I have purchased several times. However the only issue is they don't care about hygiene. The pick dry sweets with bare hands, at the same time they use bare hands to exchange money.
