Away from City Crowd
Fresh Air
Water quality is also better than other parts of the city
Ventilation is very good
Cons:-
Cleanliness is not up to the mark
Kids play area and Parks are small
Parking is not defined properly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning to living in a luxurious flat nearby taj also from where the taj mahal can be seen from your bedroom then basera heights is the best choice. Near to yamuna expressway, Fatehabad road. They r having 3 bhk flats with good condition. My personal choice is basera. The only thing lacking as of now that they don't have any amenities like gym, club house, pool etc but they assure to open by 2023. Rest the perfect luxurious living in a good budget.
