But our only bad experience was with Flat no. 504 owners in which we stayed. Owners are very rude and arrogant. Owners wife doesn't have basic manners and shouts on tenants as if they are her servants. They blame you for damages which are not done by you or are part or basic wear and tear. They give all absurd reasons and try their best not to return your deposit money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place and society are very nice. Good structure, housekeeping and security.
We have stayed for rent in Flat no.504.
The only problem we faced was with owners. Mr and Mrs Thadani. They do not have minimum manners and we faced lot of problem with them. They are money minded and they have kept partial amount of deposit money. So please be careful with them.
My suggestion is before moving in kindly record a video of every nook and corner of the house. Otherwise they will claim money for old damages also.
