★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendous and pathetic staff. We were waiting for at least 30 minutes and we incessantly asked the man to give us a strawberry ice cream. On top of that when he catered to our needs he talked to us so rudely and discourteously , I had an atrocious experience after this we asked for his name,he refused and literally shooed us away by waving his hands like one would to a dog to shoo it away. We expected better from a company like Baskin and Robbins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For someone, who likes waffles and ice cream, this is fantastic place. They have different varieties of waffles. Some are without while some are with ice-cream.
In addition, they put extra flavour of sweet items which makes these items mouth watering.
However, sometimes people have to wait for their order as the staff here takes more time to prepare the desired order.
People can have good time here while visiting Select city mall in Saket, New Delhi.
