★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has a nice ambience and spacious unlike many other Baskin Robbins outlet. We went there with high hopes as this is the only Baskin Roobins in the area. However they seem to have got it all wrong. Hot chocolate machine is down, sundae waffle maker not available, the toppings specially the nuts are non available...
Instead of giving hot chocolate they will give you a salty chocolate from a container using spoons...
The person at the counter tries to do his best but unfortunately he does not have a proper training.. The refrigeration is faulty and you can feel ice particles as you go the ice cream...
It seems owner opened this outlet in a hurry without putting due efforts to get the accessories including training of staffs...
I would skip this outlet for next few months hoping they get the things right...
The location is perfect but they need to get the basics right....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to have cake and pastries. I ordered choco truffle cake and it had ice cream layering which came out as surprise. The taste was excellent and experience was good with the staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I swing by nearby place, I don't forget to taste the ice cream here. They have lots of variations to choose from.. from Dark chocolates to mixed fruits.. ah! Just love! The staff is very friendly and also gives lots of toppings if you ask ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for nice ice cream! But firstly we faced trouble to go to 1st floor as the escalator was not working no staircase nearby no lift. But in time of return luckily we got the elevator. There is no such icecream as mentioned. Only scoop was found. Though the boy in charge of the shop cooperative. This shop didn't match our expectations about ice cream parlour!
