★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small, decent and aristocrats 'para' or locality full of pg accommodation & hostels for both boys n girls, adjacent to EM Byapass. It's nearest bus stop is Chingrighata and metropolitan housing co-op society is also very near to it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a student living as a paying guest. the locality is siituated near a sewage lock pumpming station. It doesn't smell or anything like that but its the mosquito's home sweet home. Theres always a fear of getting infected by mosquitos. Moreover the locality is good, but the people around are not as good locals must be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For college student the area is good not very good, because at Canal South road (which is main road to enter the basundhara housing complex is very dangerous for rough driving.. There is not proper footpath for walkers.. The car driver and bikers are drive very roughly when they are passing by you... So take time to walk carefully and when take a bus.. But there are too many pgs and some hostels( boys hostel & girls hostel) and food shops(for Tiffin, launch, tea break, dinner at affordable price) which are overall good. If you want to stay at affordable price at Rs 6000 ,then you can definitely go for it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pg area and is awesome for staying here. Boys and girls pg available here. Price little bit high but well accommodate. Shops for food available here but you have to choose between them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place engg students can easily find hostels and paying guests(PGs) for accomodation.... Mainly students of RCC, Techno India, BIT, Jadavpur university students live here.... Cheap and good accomodation...??
