★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand is good, but staff is worst. Can go to any level to sell the shoes. Cheated with me and while packing gave 1 no less shoes which I had carried to Singapore. Later when I realized, I did not have option to come back and return or exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.... I purchased 2 sandles from bata but my 1 sandles is ruined within 1 month and when I was go there for changing the sandal the manager was denied they said that only sole guarantee applicable on sandals and nothing else.. Very bad bata.
