★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No attention to customers even when they ask for products themselves. Igbore the requests of customers and hesitate on opening the shoeboxes or when customer asks to try a particular pair. Also, half of the store is always covered in boxes.

This is the worst showroom in whole db mall... They treat customers like anything, don't bother to show them anything, tell lies that they don't have size in That shoe.
Worst experience ever. Please don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok Bata ! i understand you did not have the color and choice of my son’s fav shoe at store and u promised that it will be delivered to my place within 3 days which did not happen. and finaly wen they arrived i felt it wasnt even new… the box was broken. and it had no bubbelgum smell that my son is fond of. purchasing from store has never been dissapointong but home dilevery in your case is a total dissapointment

This is a one of Bata's showroom and another Bata showroom is in DB City Mall. The main business of this company is to sell footwears of Bata company. Now Bata has compilation with Liberty, Relaxo, Khadim and similar MNCs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Don’t go wid their fake promises. Told me that ur article will come online. I got it but it’s defected. Wen I go to store then they told me to exchange ur product. Really worst service ever. My rating is 0. The sales representative also required to learn etiquettes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bata has good school shoes and sneakers but not sports type. You can buy good sandals, slippers, school shoes, sneakers but i don't like shorts wear shoes of Bata. Otherwise your choice what you feel. I don't like sports shoes of bata it's my choice. But overall I will give 4 stars.
