★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very helpful. One can find good collection at good timing(not in year end when you'll find old products as sale). Price is reasonable. But finding a good parking space is difficult, especially for four wheelers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The collection of the shoes is not appreciable however the behavior of the staffs is quite good and is better than other shops present over there and you can find more Bata collection here like Belts ,shoes , wallets etc. The ambience of the place is quite good too however there is problems related to parking space.

It is suitable for any class of people.there are so many store in gaya located at different locations serving the same purpose,and providing better quality.
I have been many a time here to shop as the product is durable and long lasting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carry bag and box of the shoes was not given they just gave the shoes in hand nothing to carry it. at least the box should be given if not the cover or carry bag. It was so difficult to carry the shoes in hand while having hand full of other stuffs.
The staff behaviour was not appropriate because once i asked for the box they simple said to carry in hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Designs are not that good and now the durability of ladies sandles and shoes are not as good as Bata is known for. Indian brands are not capable to compete with foreign brands.. that's a shame...
