I could give them 0 Stars as the customer care is pathetic and the person sitting in the billing is even worse. He billed wrong rather than the actual one with discount and later when asked the next day, he is acting as if he is doing some favor or charity and is a loss to him and started telling people around. I am not sure how many of them even know they have paid more in the same day and lost their money. Horrible person.
I would never go again and hope they close soon so a better store comes there or a customer oriented person comes in.

β β β β β Would not prefer to give this one star also if there was an option would have given zero. Brought a pair of black school shoes and after wearing for 8 days the from part had worn out when asked they told he will not give replacement and will get it mended and when we went to collect it the shape of the shoe itself was changed and finally got another new pair as replacement and the same thing happened on using for two days, when asked to replace with a different model he didn't agree. The manager is a worst person, never even speaks politely with customers ,he lacks professionalism and humanity both. Very bad attitude. This would be last visit, there are bata showrooms elsewhere also,

β β β β β I have ordered a shoe on 8th and they said it will deliered within 3 days but they didn't so I again visited the store and the response was so negligent and no care for customers so I decided to cancel the item and store person said they have mailed for cancellation and I'll get my amount within 24hrs through a link but later on 13th I visited store for my money again they proved their negligence and they were like if you want u mail to the company and don't ask us
