★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this store around mid-April to buy a pair of walking shoes. The sales person was extremely cordial and suggested the Power shoes. I tried a pair and was immediately sold as it was super comfy. The sales person suggested buying cotton socks and told it would wick the sweat away and lengthen the shoe's life. I brought it and am enjoying walking in my new pair. So, thank you Bata Garia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stock is good but people are slow and not so interested to show products. The young man in cash counter (I have visited 19/9/2021 at around 6.40pm) was reluctant to do his duty. At first he told me to wait for some time and when called ageain, after making bill hr left the counter for no cause. Another man came reluctantly and asked for my card for payment. Then it was a irritating mess for some minutes. At last the first man came and we could check out. All in all, very bad experience and not expected from the employees of such a reputed organisation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located in opposite 5 no bus stand, Garia. Not a big showroom. Only limited collection available. You can also order your product here. Some of the employees are very helpful but some are very bad not willing to show products to the customer either.
