★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best BATA store! The stock here is excellent, the items here are well arranged and you can never find a single grain of dust on those items! Very well maintained store. The store manager is very charming and has good knowledge about the items in the store. The staff here are excellent and very professional. They too have very good knowledge about the items and they are there for any doubt or problem you might be facing with a shoe or any other item. The store itself is located in a very posh area. If you like a shoe but the store doesn't have the size you need, you can tell the manager about it and he will give you a solution to it. He is a very professional and friendly gentleman.
Overall, my experience here is first class! I would love to visit here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bough many shoes from bata but a shoe was damaged after buying from 1month and bata exchanged the shoe. I really wants to give 5 star because it's return policy was also very good and shoes' quality are very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shop. Experienced customer of 5-6 years. The employees don't reply properly, don't come forward to display the shoes either when asked. This happens everytime. 2-3 employees will only stay around customers who either look affluent or are interested in expensive products. If you want to see bootlickers, that's the place you should visit. If you want to buy something of Rs. 1000 or so, you will be completely invisible.
