โ โ โ โ โ I was surprised that this bata store sells shoes at rate higher than MRP. A kids school shoe for 699 and they asked for 746. When asked for bill they refused. Never ever go to them, have also complained to customer court on this.

โ โ โ โ โ The collection and the staff are okay but the store manager Mr Sanjoy is one arrogant manipulative businessman. The shoes are overpriced, all of them, sold at their printed MRP.
If a customer dislikes the sole of a shoe and complains, the manager will just accuse the customer of talking rubbish, - "เฆคเงเฆฎเฆฟ เฆฌเฆพเฆเง เฆเฆฅเฆพ เฆฌเฆฒเฆเงเฅค". You can't complain of any shoe here, not in front of this manager.
I bought one pair from here and returned it through the Bata website. My refund of 999/- was withheld by the company and I was told numerous lies and excuses but the manager straight took their side from the start.
After 16 days of struggle of tolerating the arrogance of both parties, I received my 999/- and decided to never buy anything from Bata company, let alone this store.
