★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not happy with their products. I am fond of Bata's collection but last time, I had purchased a pair of shoes.
The quality seems good but the fabric used is not good and it leaves a foul smell from the day i had started using it.
I would suggest kindly work on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud at its best.The phone number is not real. They change shoes number and for exchange they argue like they were the victims. Then when they somehow change that they treat you like they are doing some favor. Idk how stores like these still runs. I hope they shut soon.

Bata showroom Manager start arguing with me for carry bag, simply i asked are you charging for printed carrybag with the name of bata he start arguing you can go to court and complain when ever you want I don't care like that he was talking bullsit fellow,as we know "As per the existing Government orders of both Central and State Governments, retailer can charge for plastic carry bags without using their company's logo (Means they shall sell plain carry bags). With the carry bags if any sold having company's logo that should be supplied on free of cost. I would like to request bata bands fired such type of people , it's seems like illiterate person behavior not at all good

Footwear variety is more & is available for every age group.
Price of same footware in online store like flipkart is less as compared to what showroom offers.
Everone should visit the store. Staff of store is also good.
