★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great options but did not tell me price before cutting the belt I purchased for my son. I forgot to check the price but before a customer makes a purchase, the sales person or cashier must always stays the price to confirm the customer knows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of sandals, velcro of which got spoil after regular use of about 1 month. Wen into the store for refund/replacement, but was informed they will only repair. Went back after a few days & found some local mochi bringing the repaired product, not even sent to Bata for repair. Also repair was done only for 1 sandal whereas problem was with both pairs. When I raised this concern, Was told to come back the nex day & it would be done. I got busy so did not go back the next day, however no call from the store to inform whether ready. Went afte 5-6 days to be informed that they cannot repair & that I have to buy anything else of the same value from the store. I asked for a refund since it was mfg defect but was refused as not in Bata policy. They offered credit not which also came with a validity of 60 days, but even this they were unable to issue. Final solution from them was they provided me with another pair of same value sandal & told me to get it exchanged at any other Bata store.
Not expected froma global brand & one of the most trusted ones in India, seem Bata quality is becoming poor & customer service even poorer with no feasible resolution
