For the investor of this store:-
My complete family is your regular customer of all your ventures. You knows all of us personally. I don't want to name it. If you don't keep quality staffs or teach them basic manners or culture you will only loosing all your good customers.
You are a great man but this fellow is a shame on you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this place on several occasions. Never been able to buy anything from here as the store either doesn't have the correct size or the right kind of footwear. Just got to Kammanahalli Bata showroom...that's far better than this one.

Pathetic experience , they reject to give warranty claim of 90 days on manufacturing defect. On bill it is clearly written "discoloration of upper material on footwear is manufacturing defect ".
But they will not fulfill this. They are here just to sell not for any issues on their sold products.
Finally had to call customer care and get the exchange done.Thanks to the bata customer care.

There are good footwears available here, but are limited to collections, you can get one for a necessity but if you are looking for style and fashion, that will disappoint you as you get limited design and collections. Otherwise it is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Good location, Near Main Road . All price starts from Rupess 1100 and above . Kids section price starts from 600 and above. The quality is good but range in products is not upto the mark, limited products. Not a great idea for middle class family as rate is above 1100 for a normal black shoes. Very clean maintained and less customers visit here.
