★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are using ladder. For repair we are facing tough situation from the Arcus, who are the only one representing Bathla in Delhi. It was in warranty period when problem was reported. Till date I am struggling to get my ladder fixed and returned. Dealer, Classic Steel too washed off his hands from services related call. It is now three (03) months over, number of phone calls, visit to dealer, calls to Arcus - none is considered, only attempt is to push us back and not to demand service. Though service to be door service but we are made to run to get service. So poor of Arcus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used bathla mobidry. Product is ok. But no after sales service support from Bathla and even from their distributor in Chennai. Now mobidry is not in working condition and when we contacted them for service support. It was very upset to mention that no support system / service team to rectify despite I am willing to make payment for services. Make sure u get commitment from company on service support. Otherwise it will be a terrible experience once something goes wrong in the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use bathla iron board, cloth stand/dryer, step ladder. I would say all of them are of very good in quality and good value for money. Now its time to change the iron board cloth. I live in Bangalore City and would like to buy one. I cannot find the original invoice to get the model references, but i cam bring the worn out cover to your HQ near Mount Carmel College.
Do let me know how to proceed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bathla products are of excellent quality and durability. I have been using the Bathla ladders, ironing board, and mobidry clothes dryer for almost 11 years, and the product is still going strong. The company's after sales service support is good.
Would appreciate if the product repair service could be provided at the doorstep.
