★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family have been getting our health checkup done from batra every year basically since more than 20 years. Quite well known centre here in panchkula. Reporting is good here as this time I got the report in 5 hours which for package with so many tests is quite fast.
I recommend going early in morning as cholesterol test requires around 8-10 hours fasting & there is less rush at that time. Would also suggest you to keep the bill & use Tax savings under section 80 D on Preventive health Checkups or you can claim reimbursement from health insurance company as my mother does.

The front staff is very prompt. Place is clean and most importantly bathroom facilities are spotlessly clean despite so many patients.
Definitely a benchmark on health services in Panchkula. Excellent service during current situation and needless to say that staff is very much cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst test laboratory. They just charge money. Test reports are wrong. I think they never do any test in lab --- particularly URINE ROUTINE and URINE CULTURE. My experience with this lab is worst. I have given urine sample in one urine container for ROUTINE URINE test and URINE CULTURE test on 16 September 2021. I have received the routine test report on same day. After two days
I received the urine culture report. Routine urine test shows pus cells above 100. Urine culture shows no growth on incubation at 37• C after 48 hours.
This is not possible in medical science.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used the radiology services here. Got my abdomen ultrasound and Chest Xray done from here. Had to wait around 30 minutes for my turn. Senior doctor was very nice. The report time was less, provided report in 15 minutes so service was overall good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 4th visit here for liver ultrasound yesterday. So far my experience has been good.
Dr. Batra is very famous doctor so waiting can be there. Twice i had to wait for my turn. Some staff is good like lady receptionist but some needs changes as they work slow.
My suggestion is you should provide complimentary Tea/coffee to patients.

To improve - Reception team is providing required information but an information help desk is required for before Testing and after report provided. Especially in a context of more Tests required, some one need to guide when to do what. Rest is good.

The place is kept neat and tidy even though the footfall is on the higher side and you may end up find yourself in the queue for registration at the reception. The staff is quite friendly. The charges are okayish, not exorbitantly high or low.
