β β β β β Its a good hospital we can say, not so big but the staff i met are so kind and i have met few internationals that came to enjoy batra services. The canteen is good but only vegeterian and the have indoor lounges for international patients and those who need that services. Directions are very clear that you cant be lost. I recommend this hospital to cancer patients.

β β β β β Inexpensive service and fast compared to the UK. But the dental/maxillofacial X-ray machine, was unfortunately broken temporarily. Also the endocrinologist was less than fully co-operative, with an existing prescription. But the international desk and doctors, speak fine English.

β β β β β Unfortunately I was there few days (COVID TIME - November 2020) back for a small test which takes hardly 15-20 mintues but here they take half day for that test.
Below are the key points -
- Pathetic Service
- Reception staff was very rude and not at all cooperative.
- Test Charges are way too high.
- Documentation takes a lot of time.
- Most important and cherry on the cake - They do testing for normal patients and for COVID patients on the same place.
- Covid patients testing should be on a separate place and not in the same building and floor.
Go on your own risk and take care.
Suggesting not to visit this hospital.

β β β β β This hospital and its Doctors concern only with money. Patient admitted, have to compulsorily buy the medicine from hospital dispensary only and price of the medicine in the in-house dispensary is very high as compared to outside medicine shop. I personally experienced medicine rate was 50 to 60 percent higher,and the doctors will not listen about it.
