★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We scheduled a travel from Bangalore to Kochi. And we have low dynamo recharge issue in the battery and batterywale team jumpstarted and completed the entire process within 30 mins. The manager scheduled a seemless communication to technician and technician gave us the technician details to what in the technical problem and jumpstarted the car. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered battery for Activa 5g but could not be delivered. Very limited delivery locations. Asked to pick up the battery from a store which is 40 KM away. Then abruptly canceled the order without any call. Free and cash on delivery all lies mentioned on their website. Better buy from local authorized dealer.

i. Great prices (especially when old battery is given in exchange)
ii. Prompt fitment (within selected time slot & in less than 2 hours from order placement)
iii. Location does not matter. If the car battery needs a change in a different city or different area of town, one simply chooses the BatteryWale store closest to that location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not use this platform to replace battery. I have placed order twice, but everytime a person will call to verify the address and demand extra delivery charges than it is mentioned in their website. In their website battery replacement cost was showing 1750 + 70(delivery charge) but they demanded to pay 160 for the delivery charge. It's better you get a battery from authorized dealer which costs less than battery wala and get it replaced by any local mechanic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to contact Batterywale Whitefield, they did not respond, then visited there and came to know they have been shifted. But google location still shows old office. The experience with them was not at all good. Please try to improve and provide quicker response.
