If u go to buy something..They firstly ask you we ll open and show product if they are serious to buy. This is the worst part and they dont satisfact their customer ...

CONMAN of the higher degree. We ordered 4 DHOLS on 16.2.18 from from BOBBY wnen we were at his shop in Amritsar. Price IR 4000 per dhol with 2 sets of thili and dangga, carry bag, wide strap and one extra synthetic skin and coloured strings. Courier charges to Malayisa IR 5000 fro each dhol. I specificly asked to write the extra on the bill but he said that is his word no need to write. Order confirmed by paying IR 16000 and IR 250X4= IR 1000 for packing each dhol in strong box and bubble wrapping. Payment of IR 17,000 made on 16.2.18 Promised that dhols ready by Monday afternoon 19.2.18. Tuesday 20.2.18 we went to his shop at 11;30am were told come back at 2 pm. Shown 4 dhols in solid white boxes that he promised were going to be packed with bubble wrap etc. Asked IR 5500 for courier per dhol instead of IR5000. We paid the said amount IR22000 no receipt as he said this noney going to the courier company. he offer to put other stuff in the boxes as there is space so we gave his grumpy staff a white plastic bag with name written. (new clothes) Promised dhols will be sent out on 21/22 FEB 2018 and will arrive in 4-5 days. Came back to Malaysia on 21.2.18 night flight. We waited and waited and waited. No communication from BOBBY despite us calling and whatappsing him for consignment number until my cousin called him via a normal call on 5/6 March. He said Holi hence delay. Again we followed up with text, whatapps, SMS for consignment number but non was given. on 15/3/18 about 3:30pm consignment arrived at the address and to our horror only ordinary cardboard boxes for packing. Nothing like the solid boxes he showed no bubble wrap nothing Dohls not the specs that we wanted as that were different sizes : 1. 2 dhols' skons broken torn 2. Double sets of thili and dangga not sent as promised 3. One tili too thin and damaged one dangga damaged. 4. extra skin as promised not sent 5. Promised 1 nice fancy strap and 3 thick straps but only got nylon straps and one dhol no strap. 6. Damage in the dhol body was established as there were small cracks. We had to pay extra RM44.75 courier charges as he had not paid for the full weight. WHAT A CONMAN!!!!! We paid IR16000 for the dhols (damaged and no extra as promised). paid IR1000 for special packing but none existed. Again a CON JOB here. Courier he charged us IR22000 but according the the courier company he only paid IR8000.................He preys of foreigners by promising he can send items well packed secured and what you buy is what you get BEWARE OF SUCH CHEATS!!!!!! WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!!!!! He promised to send missing items and he found the bag of clothes (that initially did not arrive which he said would have been taken out by the customs but was in his shop). Claims items have been sent out on 18.3.18 but till 31.3.18 nothing arrived and he said his courier company confirmed goods have arrived in Malaysia and when asked for consignment number or proof non can be produced. ALL BEWARE OF SUCH CONMAN AND CHEATS WHO ARE REAL SWEET TALKERS BOBBY BAWA OR HS BAWA..................SHARE THIS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE SO OTHERS WON"T GET CONNED BY HIM

No variety in guitars. Only Yamaha Guitars(for electric, only a few) are available ranging from 12000 to 22000. *The owner misbehaves*. We can't even touch or see the guitars unless we have assured him to buy it. They give no discounts nor do they welcome the customers properly. They've poor quality products....

From Malaysia. Found that that I was given a very bad deal by them. For 8000 rupees. I guess I was naive and taken in by the owner's sweet tallk. I could have got a better harmonium. May Guru bless them.

Non sense. No sense how to deal with customers. Rude Behaviour. Aggressive and Arrogant owner. I am from delhi and I visited them regarding my ghungroo that were supposed to be strung. Never visit them.
