I think this hotel have the best Biriyani in the town. The rice and the taste of the masala are entirely different from other hotels in panjim. Mr. Michael is there in the counter all the time to help you out. The shavarma also tastes really awesome here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Bawarchi whilst we were in the city today. The food was amazing and the service was flawless.
I would personally recommend the Biryanis and the shawarmas and the mango lassi was superb as well.
We were served by Suresh and he was polite, very efficient and professional and totally knowledgeable when he recommended dishes to us.
We'd determine visit again, this place is pocket friendly and great on quality and that's a great combination for most foodies ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a small place, barely 5 tables. But the food is outstanding. Prawns biryani and shawarma are a must-try. The service is also great. The owner/manager as well as the service staff were polite. There are reviews about the staff forcing you to review them, but we were asked very politely for a review, which is fair. I would still suggest takeaway instead of dine in, but otherwise it was a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place during lunch today to try their dum biryani and loved it. The biryani was authentic and flavourful. The raita was good too and it does really matters for a biryani lover like me. Happy with the biryani here.
Also had bawarchi special in-house lassi, mango lassi and the malai lassi, both were very thick, creamy and yumm! Loved the mango lassi the most
The manager, Mr Michael was very kind and the staff here is polite too.
The place is open for dine in and takeaways. Must try!
Definitely visiting soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has one of the best Biryanis I've ever had. Came to know from Google reviews and it actually turned out a great place for food! Well, Biryani was perfectly dum cooked with authentic taste and raita jus blends so well with it. Sitting area and whole restaurant is compact though but if ambience and service doesn't matter much to you and if it's all about Biryani, than you should be heading here. Owner is generous and friendly too. Tried Lassi as well, its tasty and so thick that you have to eat it with the spoon instead. I revisited this place within three days of first visit and shall definitely be going over and over.
